‎App Store 上的《ChargeSPOT 自助租借移動電源》

1. Very poor experience. I rented it for four hours but the power bank ran out if battery after 2 hours, there wasn’t any return spot around me that i was not able to return it and paid $25 instead of $10 at last. 2. The refund process of the deposit is way too slow. 3. We are not allow to get back our balance left over in the app while we have to top up at least $20 each time, feeling unreasonable. 4. Would be better not to charge users for another $5 if users return the power bank within 5 minutes of an another hour. Paying another $5 for 1 minute late return makes me feel bad though $5 does not cost much for me. 5. Not going to use this again:) This is way too stupid.
